That is how long I've been smoke free. I knew it would be hard but not this hard. I didn't realize how everything I did involved smoking and how hard it is to change those habits. The only good thing is I have been exercising like a maniac to manage the cravings. Maybe I'll lose weight instead of gaining weight like most people do when they quit. Hey a girl can be hopeful right?
I literally have to take the day one hour at a time. Mornings and evenings are really hard. I just take a deep breath and mentally remind myself of all the reasons I'm better off without cigarettes. I don't stink, I'm not changing my clothes 10 times a day, less laundry, I feel physically better, and of course the most important thing for my family and my health...
